Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics) and societal shifts
- Design strategic roadmaps for organizational adaptation to post-2025 disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into current operations
- Produce executive briefings on macro-trends and competitive foresight
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness and innovation maturity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven experience developing long-term strategic frameworks
- Deep understanding of technological convergence and societal megatrends
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
