Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year predictive models for technological convergence, climate adaptation, and societal transformation
- Produce monthly foresight briefings for C-suite executives on disruptive AI, biotech, and quantum computing trends
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for organizations navigating 2026's unprecedented market shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author proprietary research reports featured in MIT Technology Review and World Economic Forum publications
- Advolve governments on policy frameworks for emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Mentor junior futurists through our Horizon Academy incubator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Quantitative Social Sciences (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Published portfolio demonstrating predictive accuracy for major societal shifts (2000+ citations)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and agent-based modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proficiency in Python/R for trend analysis and data visualization
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on 5-10 year strategic pivots
- Fluency in at least two languages (English + Mandarin/Spanish/Arabic preferred)
