Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends and societal shifts to forecast market disruptions by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Present foresight reports to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-state opportunities
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing into development lifecycles
- Establish thought leadership through white papers and industry conferences
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems for competitive intelligence
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, blockchain, and biotech trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIF) preferred
- Experience advising Fortune 500 C-suite on transformation initiatives
