Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech sectors
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ market disruptions
- Design strategic blueprints for organizational adaptation to exponential change
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product roadmaps
- Produce foresight reports for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Identify emerging ethical dilemmas and governance frameworks for disruptive technologies
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and trend impact analysis
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term strategic adaptation
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP, cross-impact matrices)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major foresight projects with measurable outcomes
