Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/socioeconomic trends to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive industry shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on innovation pathways
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across business units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning with tech/biotech focus
- Proven track record of trend analysis published in industry journals
- Expertise in scenario modeling and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/SF preferred)
