Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Horizon Reports' analyzing disruptive trends across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Design strategic roadmaps for future-proofing enterprise operations and workforce transformation
- Lead 'Innovation Labs' prototyping human-centric solutions for 2026 societal challenges
- Present strategic vision to Fortune 500 executives at global summits and industry conferences
- Partner with R&D teams to identify patentable opportunities in emerging domains
- Advocate for ethical frameworks governing autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of publishing influential industry reports or white papers
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology assessment frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant field
