Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy, R&D priorities, and investment decisions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision initiatives and innovation pipelines
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive analytics for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation labs to forecast emerging paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and societal transformation drivers
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects that influenced organizational strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or similar program)
