Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Author seminal thought leadership publications on societal evolution
- Design immersive foresight workshops for Fortune 500 partners
- Build and maintain a global network of futurist practitioners
- Quantify future ROI through predictive modeling and scenario stress-testing
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Proven track record of influencing C-level strategic decisions
- Mastery of visualization tools (Foresight Pro, Trendalyzer)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP) preferred
