Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social trends to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and innovation roadmaps
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions
- Advise executive leadership on disruptive market shifts

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurism
- Proven track record of forecasting tech/socioeconomic trends
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Published research or thought leadership in futurism
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills
- Portfolio of 2020+ trend predictions with validated outcomes
