- Develop and present future-focused roadmaps to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing innovation initiatives aligned with long-term vision
- Monitor global trends and disruptors, providing actionable insights to product and strategy teams
- Design and facilitate foresight workshops to embed future-thinking across the organization
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate emerging opportunities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic plans
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their business applications
- Strong data analytics and scenario modeling capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Master's degree in Strategy, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM) preferred
