- Present compelling foresight narratives to stakeholders across 15+ global markets
- Establish innovation labs to test emerging technologies in controlled environments
- Author thought leadership pieces that position company as future-industry authority
- Oversee cross-functional teams executing future-readiness initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, AR/VR)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation forums
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across 3+ continents
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS preferred)
