- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate tech
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring long-term strategic impact vs. short-term gains
- Represent company at global foresight forums and publish thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Proven track record of executing multi-year transformation programs
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, backcasting)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent practical experience
