- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Author executive briefings and scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite decision-makers
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions in our innovation labs
- Monitor global signals from 15+ industries using our proprietary TrendSynth platform
- Present findings at international forums and publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 7+ years applied experience
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS, APF) or equivalent professional designation
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful integration of foresight into organizational strategy
- Fluency in quantitative and qualitative futures research techniques
