Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead interdisciplinary workshops with engineers, designers, and business units to align on future-state capabilities
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings on disruptive technologies and their market implications
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across product development and operational efficiency
- Build relationships with academic institutions and think tanks to anticipate societal shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive leadership team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published research or thought leadership in futurism publications
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
