Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps for AI integration, sustainable systems, and human augmentation
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-proofing into product development
- Present visionary frameworks to stakeholders including investors, government bodies, and industry consortiums
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including quantum AI and neural interfaces
- Mentor cross-functional teams in anticipatory thinking and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial strategies
- Expertise in technology forecasting (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and trend analysis
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
