Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Produce annual Future Impact Reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development
- Establish strategic partnerships with innovation labs and academic institutions
- Present future trend analyses at industry conferences and executive summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in scenario planning or strategic foresight (e.g., CFTE)
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and boards
- Published thought leadership in future trends or disruption
