- Coordinate with UN Technology Ethics Council on developing global AI governance frameworks
- Lead R&D initiatives in carbon-negative data centers and quantum-resistant blockchain protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Cognitive Science, or equivalent with 8+ years in emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of commercializing 3+ revolutionary technologies with >$100M impact
- Expertise in generative adversarial networks, synthetic biology, and metamaterials engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science with 50+ citations in singularity-related domains
- Security clearance (Top Secret/SAP) or equivalent international verification
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit) and neuromorphic computing frameworks
