Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Architect strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including AGI, neuromorphic computing, and decentralized autonomous organizations
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic concepts with rapid prototyping cycles
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and industry pioneers to co-create 2026 technology ecosystems
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling data-driven narratives
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for next-generation AI and autonomous systems
- Mentor innovation teams in futures thinking methodologies and disruptive technology assessment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field with 10+ years of experience in tech innovation
- Proven track record in developing and implementing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, and Web3 infrastructure
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from WFS or APF) and scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic insights
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams in matrixed organizations
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (white papers, patents, or industry keynotes)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Horizon scanning software, Delphi methods)
