- Lead scenario-planning workshops for quantum computing, AGI ethics, and neurotech integration
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation roadmaps with market disruption vectors
- Author quarterly 'Future State' briefs for investors and board stakeholders
- Manage $15M R&D portfolio allocation across emerging tech verticals
- Build and lead a global network of futurist researchers and academic collaborators
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough technologies in 2026-2030 horizon
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in futurism/foresight roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent discipline
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity or paradigm shifts
- Experience managing distributed R&D teams across 3+ continents

- Portfolio demonstrating successful prediction of market disruptions (2018-2023)
