Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and assess commercial viability
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across all product lines
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
