Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for the year 2026 and beyond, focusing on emerging tech adoption.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and prototyping breakthrough technologies.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technological vision with business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with future tech implementation.
- Establish partnerships with key players in the AI and quantum computing ecosystems.
- Oversee the development of proof-of-concept (PoC) models for high-impact innovations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven experience in leading strategic initiatives for emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum).
- Strong background in managing large-scale technical transformations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the US tech market and international operations.
