Responsibilities

- AI & Automation Integration: Spearhead the integration of Generative AI and autonomous systems to drive operational efficiency.
- Futurist Research: Conduct deep-dive analysis on emerging technologies to identify "Black Swan" events and opportunities for disruption.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for the executive board and product teams.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performance team of engineers and strategists focused on the 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Prior Experience: 10+ years in a senior leadership role within Tech Strategy, Product Management, or R&D.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Blockchain, and Quantum computing trends leading up to 2026.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of navigating ambiguity and defining clear paths for future growth.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex strategies to diverse audiences.
