- Innovation Labs: Oversee the pilot programs and R&D initiatives for experimental technologies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for major investments and shifts in direction.
- Partnership Development: Cultivate relationships with startups, academic institutions, and tech thought leaders to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership roles.
