Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026 and beyond, aligning AI initiatives with broader business goals.
- AI Leadership: Oversee the development and integration of cutting-edge Generative AI and Machine Learning models into core product lines.
- R&D Oversight: Identify emerging tech trends (Quantum Computing, Neuromorphic Engineering) and assess their potential application for competitive advantage.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a world-class team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to C-suite executives and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all future tech implementations adhere to strict data privacy and ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in a senior leadership role within the tech industry, with specific experience in AI/ML strategy.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), neural networks, and cloud infrastructure architectures.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of driving innovation and delivering results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into actionable business insights.
