Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and document observations in electronic health records
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Respond to patient call lights and provide timely assistance
- Maintain clean and organized patient environments per infection control protocols
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless patient care delivery
- Transport patients safely within the facility using proper equipment
- Adhere to all hospital policies and regulatory compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic life support (BLS) certification (training provided if needed)
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Proficiency with basic computer systems for documentation
