Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including printers, operating systems, and applications.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment, peripherals, and network connections.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions within Active Directory.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and procedures in the knowledge base.
- Conduct regular hardware and software inventory audits.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a Help Desk or IT Support role (1-3 years preferred).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office 365 suite.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends to support business needs.
