Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote support
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 workstations and peripherals
- Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and group policies
- Document tickets, solutions, and procedures in ServiceNow platform
- Train end-users on software applications and security protocols
- Collaborate with network and security teams on escalated issues
- Implement IT asset management best practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT help desk or desktop support experience
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Office 365, and remote access tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network connectivity and system errors
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work with hardware components
