Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets in our ITSM platform to ensure timely resolution.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Assist with software deployment, patch management, and security updates.
- Conduct user training sessions and create knowledge base articles to empower end-users.
- Collaborate with the network engineering team to escalate complex issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in Help Desk or IT Support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Office 365 suite.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
