Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Excellent typing speed and grammar skills (minimum 40 WPM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Previous experience in customer service or chat support is a plus but not required.
