Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and chat with a focus on courtesy and efficiency.
- Resolve customer complaints, questions, and technical issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, account details, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics, including Average Handle Time (AHT) and First Call Resolution (FCR).
- Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to identify process improvements and support team goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; prior call center or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Reliable transportation to our Dallas location.
