Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming and outgoing customer calls with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize CRM software and internal systems to update customer records and track interactions.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics (KPIs) and call quality standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and team performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computers and basic typing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Must be available for full-time shifts including evenings and weekends.
