- Provide detailed information regarding products, services, and account status.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams to escalate complex issues.
- Maintain a professional and positive brand image in all communications.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar and spelling.
- Fast typing speed (minimum 40 words per minute).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously.
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
