About the Role
As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be the voice of our brand in digital spaces, handling real-time inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to provide immediate resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support tiers when necessary.
- Collaborate with product teams to report recurring customer feedback.
- Ensure strict adherence to company quality assurance and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be available for Night Shift schedules (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM or 11 PM - 7 AM).
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal communication skills).
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
