Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior customer service experience required; we value attitude and willingness to learn over experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Reliability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as required by business needs.
