Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues
- Meet/exceed call quality and productivity metrics
- Document interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with support teams for complex cases
- Adhere to compliance and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills in English/Spanish
- Ability to type 30+ WPM
- Comfortable with multi-tasking in fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Flexible availability (weekends/shifts)
