Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve complex customer issues with patience and empathy, ensuring a high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score.
- Document all interactions, account status updates, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and collaborate with management to improve service protocols.
- Provide product and service information to customers to help them make informed decisions.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or support roles (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
