Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex product issues
- Meet key performance metrics including call handling time and resolution rates
- Update customer profiles in CRM systems with precise information
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer experience

Qualifications

- 1+ years in customer service or call center environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and active listening skills
