Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a Call Center or customer service role is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
