Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must reside in Pennsylvania (PA).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office space.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (Windows, MS Office).
