Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with exceptional professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries across multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat)
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data quality
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and call resolution rates
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and solve complex issues
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
- Adapt to changing processes and technologies in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 6+ months of customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
