Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening

- Comfortable working night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic computer proficiency with typing speed of 30+ WPM
