Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account details in our CRM system.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your scope of authority.
- Collaborate with team leads to troubleshoot complex service issues and improve processes.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, adhering to company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a call center, retail, or customer service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software (training provided).
- Ability to work a rotating shift schedule, including evenings and weekends.
