Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through real-time chat platforms to resolve inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Identify customer needs and offer accurate, efficient solutions based on product knowledge.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and empathetic tone in all written communications.
- Accurately document customer interactions and issue resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure consistent service quality.
- Handle high-volume ticket volumes while meeting performance metrics and KPIs.
Qualifications
- No prior customer support experience required; we train you!
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills of at least 35 WPM.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
