Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming and outbound calls regarding products and services.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Document all customer interactions and account details in our CRM database.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Follow standard operating procedures and call scripts while maintaining a natural tone.
- Escalate complex issues to the Quality Assurance or Team Lead team promptly.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Ability to type at least 35-40 WPM.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Must reside in the greater Cleveland, OH area.
