- Support Georgia-based clients during extended business hours (flexible shifts available)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency in multitasking and conflict resolution techniques
- Strong typing skills (35+ WPM) and basic software proficiency
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
