Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Provide accurate, timely, and professional information regarding products and services.
- Document all customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisors or technical support teams.
- Adhere to all call center scripts, policies, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory (training provided).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure and during difficult interactions.
