Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner.
- Assist customers with product troubleshooting, account management, and technical issues.
- Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams promptly.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) and loyalty.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and software updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in customer service is a plus, but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and excellent grammar proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
- Proficient with computers and navigating multiple software applications.
- Clear, articulate, and professional communication skills in English.
