- Handle 50-80 daily calls with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products/services
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Meet/exceed KPIs: call handling time, resolution rate, CSAT
- Collaborate with support teams for complex issue escalation
- Adhere to compliance protocols (HIPAA/PCI-DSS)

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months call center/customer service experience
