Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Sort, scan, and organize inventory in the warehouse management system to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Assist in packing and shipping orders, ensuring all packaging materials are used correctly.
- Perform daily quality checks on incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and throughput goals.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse equipment (Forklift certification is a plus but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
