Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise accurately to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high attention to detail.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment.
- Quality Control: Adhere to all safety protocols and company quality standards.
- Customer Service: Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to stock and orders.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required to get to and from the location.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy for data entry and inventory tracking systems.
